TERMS OF SERVICE

i have the right to refuse any commission if it does not meet the terms of service or if i am uncomfortable with the request.in commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

the TIME FRAME for a completed commission is 1-2 weeks.
- dependancies also include detail, how many commissions i am, working on, emergencies and productivity.
- updates will be regular and any issues will be notified to the client.·PAYMENT:
-everything is in USD
- payment is through paypal only.
- payment is requried before any wip is started.
- an invoice will be sent to you, you have 10 days to pay for it.- in the case of an invoice not being paid in that time, either due to emergancy or any other reason, you must let me know if you wish for me to continue. i will send another invoice.- NO refunds unless i cannot complete the piece.- if you are currently unable to pay for a commission, you are more than welcome to still scope out for prices and provide references.·YOU, AS THE CLIENT...:
- will provide a refrence sheet or inspiration i can use to fulfill your request.
- can tell me to fix, adjust or change anything with the piece.
- can use the art as an icon or to repost on your own socials including toyhouse. [preferably tagging me]
- will NOT ghost me during the process of the commission.
- will NOT use my art for crypto or nft. if you do, i will block and blacklist.
- will NOT resell or redistribute the art for comercial purposes.
- will NOT use my art to promote or advertise hate speech.·I, AS THE ARTIST...:
- will update you regularly on current status of art piece and how far along i am with it.
- will provide screenshots of progress and share current status if prompted.
- can update or fix anything that needs fixing regardless of finished status.·POSTING AND SHARING:
- i will ask you if i can post on social media, if so, please provide all URLs and sites i can post on and tag you.
- i may ask to use the art as examples and proof of concept in the future.
- if you have commissioned something NSFW, i will NOT post on any sfw accounts, and will only ask to be tagged on my nsfw allocated accounts.- if you are happy with me posting the art, but do not want to be tagged, i will happily say it's for anonymous.
- if you do NOT want me to post on social media or use the art as reference, please tell me.- if I choose not to post online, you are free to post the art, but I may request not to be tagged.

- i am happy to draw almost any fandom, however there are a few fandoms I refuse to ever create works for. please ask me first.- when it comes to ship art, any fandom ships are okay as long as they meet my rules.

TURNING CHARACTERS INTO CATS/ANIMALS:
i have strong knowledge in both cat genetics and colours. i like to use that knowledge to create genetically accurate catified designs.
if you want me to turn your favourite characters into cats or even other animals. feel free to ask.
if you have a design in mind, you can send refs and i can use them.

MADE UP MONSTERS:
if you want me to design a creature, a monster or even pokemon for you from scratch. I am more than happy to do so.
if you provide details on how you want your creature to look like, aspects and characteristics you'd like to see me add.
the more detailed the design the extra cost.

when coming to me for a commission, please provide the following information:commission type: headshot/feral fullbody/scene etc.
general description: personality, pose, expression. the more details the better.
extra details: background/shading/accessories etc. dependant on the commission type.
character reference (optional but prefered): any sort of reference sheet or inspiration that can be shared visually.if you are commissioning through the form below please provide a visual reference to the email down below.·PLEASE provide the email you use for paypal so i can send an invoice as well as any other contact information to continue conversing throughout the commission process
