TERMS OF SERVICE:
I have the right to refuse any request if it does not meet the terms of service or if i am uncomfortable with the request

✧PLEASE provide a reference for any character you are commissioning, whether fandom or OC✧completed art may be posted on social medias/used as reference in the future, if you do not want this, please tell me.✧if you have social media and wish to be tagged in the post, please tell me.✧if you are happy with me posting the art, but do not want to be tagged, i will happily say it's from anonymous.✧i will NOT post the art on social media unless approved.✧if you are currently unable to pay for a commission, but still want to scope out a price range/quote for a picture, feel free to ask! i am more than happy to wait.
﹏✧i am STRICTLY against my art being used for NFT/crypto, if you use my art for this i will report/block you, there is no compromise.

UPDATES:✧i will update you regularly throughout the drawing process to share WIPS and ask for feedback, if you do not want this feel free to tell me otherwise.✧if i am taking longer than expected, feel free to message me for an update on the piece.✧if you have any adjustments or changes i can add throughout the process please tell me.✧if i finish the piece, and there is a thing you would like to adjust please don't be afraid to tell me.✧please do not ghost me, i’d prefer communication during the process.✧if unresponsive, i will discard the wip after a month [if unpaid].

PAYMENT / REFUNDS:✧everything is in USD, payment is by paypal [do not use ko-fi]✧I will send a paypal invoice after i have sent a rough sketch and you have approved.✧I will not continue the commission until money has been paid.✧you are allowed to ask for a refund if i have not sent a WIP or contacted you in some time.✧however refunds will NOT happen if the piece is [almost] completted.✧in the off chance i am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be given.
